Governor Northam Says Public Should Compare His Administrations COVID Precautions To White House Efforts
Governor Ralph Northam made his first public appearance in more than two weeks on Tuesday after he and the First Lady were diagnosed with COVID-19. Now out of isolation, Northam says Virginia Health Department and CDC guidelines and protocols were important for the Governor and his staff to follow.Northam says the public should compare his administrations COVID-19 precautions against the recent scene at the White House in which the President introduced Supreme Court Nominee Amy Coney Barrett to a packed Rose Garden ceremony with very few people wearing masks and a lack of social distancing.
