SWVA USADA To Oversee Any Potential Voter Fraud
An Assistant United States Attorney is now appointed as a dedicated official to handle election complaints in the Western District of Virginia, which includes southwest Virginia. Assistant USDA Christopher Kavanaugh is responsible for overseeing the District’s handling of complaints of election fraud and voting rights concerns in consultation with Justice Department Headquarters in Washington D.C.
