Texas A&M at Tennessee postponed due to three active virus cases
The COVID pandemic has impacted the Tennessee football schedule for the first time this season.
Officials with Texas A&M informed the athletic department in Knoxville Tuesday afternoon that they requested a postponement of Saturday’s contest from the Southeastern Conference because of three active virus cases among Aggie players including two that traveled with the team to South Carolina.
The flexibility built into the 2020 schedule by the SEC will allow the game to be rescheduled for Dec. 12.
