ETSU: Class of 2020 commencement ceremony to be virtual

East Tennessee State University will conduct the commencement ceremony for the Class of 2020 virtually as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to prevent large gatherings.

The university announced in a news release Friday that the ceremony which will honor August and December graduates will be livestreamed beginning at 10 a.m.

For graduates and families who want a more personalized experience, they can select and stream a specific ceremony for their college or academic program.
