ETSU, University School suspends fan attendance at all athletic events through Dec. 27

ETSU and University School athletic events will go on without fans at least through Dec. 27 due to the current COVID-19 situation in the region.

President Dr. Brian Noland made the decision following meetings with local health care leaders and elected officials, and said he also urges some of the same decisions to be made for middle and high school athletic events to remain in effect until after Christmas.

ETSU’s Men’s Basketball team postponed their contest against UNC-Asheville last night due to COVID-19, but for now, their game against UAB is still on for Saturday afternoon.
