Virginia Restrictions Are Temporary…If Public Does What It Should
The new COVID-19 restrictions Governor Ralph Northam issued on Thursday are temporary. The commonwealth’s Chief Executive says his administration will increase enforcement., but says public actions during the curent surge in COVID-19 cases will have a lot to do with the lifting of restrictions. Besides, the Modified Stay at Home Order, the Governor also has restricted the number of people who can gather to groups of ten or less. All Virginian’s ages five and over will now be required to wear masks indoors when sharing the space with other people who are coming within six feet. Bars are closed, and restaurants will close at ten pm .
