Ballad Reports Its Positive COVID-19 Rate Drops

Officials with Ballad Health are reporting Wednesday the Health Care Providers total positive COVID-19 rate has dropped to ten point nine percent. Ballad also reports 122 patients are in their facilities being treated for COVID19 that is also down from Monday’s128 patients. Admissions are up slightly at 17 patients and there were 20 COVID-19 discharges. The number of patients on ventilators is also down from Monday’s high of 34. Ballad reports more than 42 thousand individuals have been vaccinated with the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and more than 39 thousand residents in the region have received both doses of the vaccine.
