Second Suspect In Kingsport Shooting Turns Himself In To Local Authorities
The second suspect in connection with a shootout last week in a kingsport apartment complex turns himself in to authorities. Darius Woodbury, charged with Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon turned himself in without incident at the Sullivan County jail. Woodbury follows suspect, Curtis Thompson, who surrendered to police last week. Thompson was shot in the leg during the incident on July 5 at Miller Village Apartments. One of the shots fired entered an occupied unit but no one was injured.
