Johnson City Police Find Man Passed Out Behind Running Vehicle With Large Amount Of Drugs

A man in Johnson City, found unresponsive in the drivers seat of his parked, running vehicle will be in court Thursday to answer to drug possession charges. Police arrested 27 year old Jordan Branch after authorities discovered the man passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle which was parked and running in a business parking lot. Police found 17 small baggies containing a white, cloudy, crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on Branch.
