UPDATE: Man ejected in Kingsport crash dies from injuries

A man left in grave condition following a two-vehicle crash in Kingsport one week ago has died of his injuries.

A police report said Edward T. Greene, 58, passed away on Sunday.

Preliminary details from the crash review said Greene pulled his SUV into the path of another vehicle on South John B. Dennis Highway, resulting in Greene being ejected.

The crash is still under investigation.
