Southwest Virginia Man Indicted In Fatal Crash That Kills Coeburn Teen

A Russell County Virginia man has been indicted in connection to a November 2017 deadly crash that killed a Coeburn, Virginia teenager. Otis Boone Luther is charged in the crash that killed 18 year old Brittany Swan on Fincastle Road in Lebanon on November 20 of last year. Luther is charged with felony homicide, aggravated involuntary manslaughter and felony DUI. Reports indicate Luther’s car ran off the road and never slowed down, then hit a tree head on resulting in Swan’s death
