Bristol Tennessee Council Wants Evaluation Of City Compensation Pay Scale During COVID Era
The COVID19 Pandemic has forced municipalities in our region to make adjustments in almost all areas of city government. Bristol Tennessee City Council wants to know if its current compensation plan for city employees is still relevant in the COVID era. Council has asked an outside compensation consulting firm to look at that question in a review of the City’s pay scale based on market analysis of local conditions. The council wants to ensure its pay scale remains competitive and will hear a report next week on the findings.
