Johnson City Development Authority names Patricia Oldham as Executive Director
The Johnson City Development Authority appointed Patricia Oldham as its new Executive Director. Oldham is a native and life-long resident of Johnson City. JCDA board officials say Oldham brings a deep background in land planning and urban affairs, as well as project management and grant acquisition. She will assume the role as Johnson City Development Authority’s Executive Director on February 7th.
