Virginia Governor Restoring Civil Rights To Thousands

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin has restored civil rights to almost 35 hundred Virginians since taking office in January. Doing so, gives the individuals their rights back to vote, run for public office and also serve on juries. Youngkin says individuals with their rights restored come from every walk of life and are eager to put the past behind them for a better tomorrow. The governor’s office reported civil rights have been restored for three thousand four hundred and 96 people convicted of felonies during the first six months of his administration.
