Additional Charges Filed On Carter County Landscaper

Here’s an update to a story we first told you about last week, as additional charges are now filed against a Unicoi County businessman already charged with taking large sums of money from dozens of victims as down payment for work he never started. 27 year old Steven Chase Willis, owner of Earth Effects is now facing two separate counts of theft over 25 hundred dollars as well as two separate counts of Deceptive Business Practices. Additional charges could also be filed at a later date.
