Elderly Suspect Photographing Children, While Performing Lewd Acts, Identified, Warrants Issued

In an update to a story we first told you about last month, Carter County authorities have identified an elderly suspect accused of photographing and watching children. A warrant is now issued for the so far unnamed suspect. Carter County Sheriff’s officials warned the public on July eighth of reports of an elderly man photographing and watching children while he performed lewd acts.
