Second Suspect Sentenced In Credit Card Skimming Operation
A second suspect arrested last year in Rogersville in a credit card skimming operation has been sentenced to prison. 40 year old Amarus Mendez Camp a non pleaded guilty earlier as part of a plea deal and admitted to illegally obtaining credit card information then using it to upload money onto stolen, blank gift cards. Campanon and 31 year old Odemnis Prats Leiva were found in possession of card skimmers, and more than seven thousand dollars in cash in August of last year. Camp a non is sentenced to four years in prison for his transgressions.
