Woman Facing Eight Years For Fatal Vehicle Crash Involving Thirteen Year Old
A woman is facing eight years in prison after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter and vehicular homicide in a crash that claimed the life of a thirteen year old boy when a drug deal goes bad. Alicia Carver, and the thirteen year old boy met Logan Oxendine to purchase pot. Carver gave the boy a fake one hundred dollar bill to pay Oxendine for the marijuana and then the two drove off. Oxedine, gave chase and Carver crashed near the VA Hospital in Johnson City, killing the thirteen ear old. Oxendine, has a trial date set for November 6th on involuntary manslaughter and Vehicular homicide charges
