Johnson City Police looking for bank robbery suspect
The Johnson City Police Department is investigating after a reported bank robbery Monday morning. According to the JCPD, the robbery happened at the Truist Bank on West Market Street in Johnson City around 11:20 a.m. Police say a man entered the bank and demanded cash, and left with an undisclosed amount. In surveillance photos provided by police, the suspect is wearing a gray hoodie, black sweatpants and a black beanie. the suspect is also wearing a surgical mask in the photos. Anyone with information is asked to call the JCPD.
