Groundbreaking held for Second Harvest expansion

The Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee held a groundbreaking event to begin phase two of their expansion project. Phase one of the project included an expanded volunteer center that can hold more than 100 people. Phase two of the project will include a volunteer training room, office space, and a community kitchen that will feed 800 children daily. The entire project is set to be completed by June 30th 2024.
