Missing Russell Teenager…Now Considered Endangered Missing Child

A sixteen year old Russell County teenager, missing since Tuesday is now considered an endangered missing child. Russell County Virginia authorities issued the alert Thursday for sixteen year old Daven Belcher. Belcher is a white male, five feet five inches tall…weighs 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Belcher is asked to call the Russell County Sheriff’s Department.
