Sean Williams to be sentenced Monday morning

U.S. District Judge Ronnie Greer will sentence convicted child sex abuser and suspected serial rapist Sean Williams next week. Prosecutors are seeking the maximum 95 years. His attorney will argue for a 35-year sentence. Williams was convicted in November on three federal counts, each carrying 15-year minimum sentences and 30-year maximums. He also faces up to five years for the escape. Williams’s sentencing will take place at the federal courthouse in Greeneville, Monday morning.
