Va Worker Steals Hundreds Of Thousands Of Dollars From Incapacitated Veteran

He stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from an incapacitated veteran while he worked at the VA Mountain Home Center in Johnson City. And now 44 year old Kenneth Richard Devore of Jonesborough is sentenced to eight years in prison for his transgression. Devore took 680 thousand dollars from the family after convincing the veteran to draft a last will and testament and then inserted his name as the primary beneficiary of the man’s estate. Devore’s charges include wire and mail fraud and theft of public money.
