Man Killed Walking Along Lee Highway Identified

A man who was hit and killed while walking along a Washington County Virginia roadway has been identified. 38 year old Travis Toney of Rockingham Virginia died at the scene at the 18 thousand block of Lee Highway. Police say Toney was wearing dark clothing as he was walking near the white line when he was hit by a 2015 GMC Yukon driven by an Abingdon Virginia man.
