Washington County, Tennessee Couple Charged With Child Abuse And Neglect…Three Year Old Found Alone, Outside

A child is found outside, alone and covered in dirt and urine in Washington County, Tennessee by police, while the parents slept inside their home. Now those parents are charged with aggravated child abuse and neglect. Police arrested 30 year old Amber Nicole Holt, and 33 year old Robert Holt, both of Gray, Tennessee after they found the three year old unattended outside the home. The two were found asleep by police in the house where conditions were said to be unsanitary, with trash, knives, and feces on the floor
