Mother Smuggles Drugs To Jailed Son…Inside Television Set

She tried to smuggle drugs to her jailed son by hiding them inside a television…now a Sullivan County woman is in trouble with the law. 55 year old Sherrie Crawford and her 33 year old son Donovan Johnson, who is being held in the Sullivan County jail are charged with two counts of introduction or possession of weapons, explosives, intoxicants, or drugs into jail. Televisions are allowed in jail cells, but must be provided by the inmate, or inmate’s family. Bottles of the drug Bu pre norphine were discovered inside two television sets that had been delivered to jail for Johnson.
