Virginia State Police Release 2018 Crime Analysis Report
Virginia State Police have released the 2018 Crime Analysis report.
Statewide, violent crime overall decreased by two percent from 2017, with robberies decreasing by 16%. As far as increases go, drug and narcotic arrests rose 3% from year to year, along with thefts and attempted thefts of motor vehicles that saw a 2.4% increase.
